Do I need a prescription?
No. You do not require any prescription or any embarrassing or expensive doctors visits, however if you are taking medication, or have any health concerns you must check with your doctor first.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship world wide from our office in New Zealand. Because our products are health supplements, containing no prescription chemicals, we are able to ship these anywhere.

How long will it take to get my order?
We will process your order within 24hrs and ship your order for FREE from New Zealand. Delivery times are typically 3 - 12 days anywhere in the world or Shipping by courier just a few days ($39.95).

Are my orders shipped discrete?
Yes they are! All orders are sent in an unmarked plain packaging with no indication whatsoever of it‘s contents. All products are labeled as health supplements.

How do I pay?
You may pay via credit card using our online order form, or alternatively you can contact us if you wish to use bank transfer or Paypal. All prices on this site are in USD (united states dollar).

What name will show up on my credit card statement?
We have various banks where we process credit cards. You will receive an email with this information once your card has been billed. (The billing discryptor wont mention the name of these pills, or anything untoward.)

Do you have a money back guarantee?
If in the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with the results of any of our products you may return them within 60 days of purchase, and we will cheerfully issue a full refund (less any shipping and handling fees) on any number of unopened bottles and up to one opened bottle, even if its completely empty!
